Apricot Pecan Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    1 c. finely chopped pecans (about 38)
    1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 c. finely snipped dried apricots
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. apricot brandy
    1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir together the vanilla wafers, pecans, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and apricots.
    Stir in corn syrup and brandy. Using 1 level tablespoon for each cookie, shape mixture into balls.
    Roll in remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
    Store in covered container.
    Makes a lot of balls (3 dozen).
