Cheese And Bacon Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Mix cheese and mayonnaise.
    Stir in all ingredients; put in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with bacon on top.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
