Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 lb. hot sausage, browned
    6 slices bread (no crust), cubed
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt.
    Add cubed bread.
    Fold in cheese and sausage.
    Cook in a large rectangular flat uncovered casserole dish for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    (Watch for last 30 minutes for burning.)
