Creole Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 or 12 slices bacon
    3 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, crushed or diced
    3 tomatoes, peeled and cut
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 to 2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    chili powder
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon slices until they are crisp; remove from skillet. In the skillet, add the corn, green pepper, onion and garlic. Saute, then add tomatoes, catsup, A.1. sauce and sugar.
    Shake in chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on top of stove or in oven as long as you like, then crumble bacon on top when ready to serve.
    May also be cooked in the microwave oven.
