Chicken Or Veal Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thinly sliced chicken breasts
    1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 clove minced fresh garlic
    2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 c. white wine or Marsala
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Flour chicken lightly.
    Put oil and butter in frypan.
    Saute chicken.
    Place in platter.
    Saute mushrooms and garlic.
    Remove to platter.
    Add some flour to oil and butter in frypan.
    It will become thick, then add chicken broth and wine.
    Cook until desired thickness.
    Return chicken and mushrooms to sauce until hot.
    Add fresh parsley.
    Serve.
