Caramel Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. light cream or evaporated milk
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. rum
    fruit (strawberries, apples, bananas, grapes)
    angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
    marshmallows
Preparation
    In pan, combine sugar, cream and butter.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
    Boil 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
    Let stand 3 minutes. Stir in rum.
    Serve warm or cold with dippers.
