Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced potatoes
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. diced ham
4 or 5 slices cheese
1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
-
Alternate layers of potatoes, ham and cheese.
Mix pepper, flour, butter and soup.
Pour over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour in covered casserole dish.
