Aunt Loraine'S Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. bag frozen broccoli & cauliflower (thawed & drained)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 4 oz. jar pimentos, chopped & drained (optional)
    1 2.8 oz. can Durkee French Fried Onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento & 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1 qt. casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese & onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Serves 6.
