Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 large egg
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. lightly salted butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0. Grease a 9-inch pie plate or fluted quiche dish.
Add cranberries and sprinkle with nuts, raisins and 3/4 cup sugar.
In a medium size bowl, beat egg with the remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
Add flour and butter.
Beat until no lumps remain.
Pour over berry mixture and bake 45 minutes until crust is a light golden brown.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
