Jimmy Carter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. peanuts (dry roasted), chopped (can use blender)
1 c. flour
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1/3 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Cream peanut butter and cream cheese together.
Add confectioners sugar and Cool Whip.
Mix and spread over cooled crust.
Then spread with a box of chocolate instant pudding (made according to directions on box) and then a layer of vanilla instant pudding.
Top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
