Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread chunks (French bread is best)
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Place bread chunks in the bottom of a well-greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spread drained pineapple chunks over bread. Beat eggs slightly.
    Mix in sugar and melted butter.
    Pour over chunks of bread and pineapple.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
