Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. pastry flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. each cloves and allspice
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1 c. applesauce
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Oil 9 x 9 pan and preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Sift together the dry ingredients and set aside. In a medium sized bowl, combine the oil, honey and applesauce. Beat the egg and stir into the oil mixture. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients. Fold in the raisins and nuts. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool cake in the pan on a wire rack.
