Spinach And Rotelle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. rotelle
    1 lb. spinach
    1/4 c. pine nuts or peanuts
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. parsley, minced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook rotelle according to package directions; drain and toss with 1/4 cup olive oil.
    Slice spinach leaves crosswise; quarter and strip.
