Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. pkg. stuffing cubes
    1 lb. country pork sausage, pan-fried and drained
    2 sticks butter or margarine, divided
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. turkey or chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and parsley in 3/4 cup butter.
    Add cooked sausage.
    Mix with stuffing cubes, broth and eggs.
    Toss lightly until moistened.
    Rub turkey with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Stuff into 18 to 24 pound turkey or separately in covered casserole for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
