Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil and blend.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat.
Add carrots and nuts.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
