Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 eggs
    2 c. milk
    10 pieces French bread, broken into 2-inch pieces
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage, browned and broken into small pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix all.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan and refrigerate 15 hours. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and serve hot.
    Knife should be dry when tested.
    Handy to make the afternoon before you expect at least 10 people for breakfast.
    Serves 10.
