Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    light cream
    4 medium apples
    4 tsp. brown sugar
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Core apples.
    Pack brown sugar into center.
    Sprinkle each with lemon juice.
    Sprinkle cinnamon lightly over each apple. Place in baking dish with about 2 inches of water.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serve with light cream.
    Serves 4.
