Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. golden mushroom soup
    1 bag Kluski noodles
    milk (approximately 1 1/2 soup cans)
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles.
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients, using enough milk to blend.
    Pour into a casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
