Stuffed Chicken(Djaj Mahshi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. beef, ground
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. pine nuts, roasted
    1 roasting chicken (whole)
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Set oven at 400\u00b0.
    Wash and drain rice.
    Place rice and water in saucepan.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes so rice will be partially cooked.
    Remove from heat.
    Add meat, salt, pepper, cinnamon, butter and pine nuts.
    Mix well.
    Set aside.
