Pork Chop Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (trimmed of excess fat)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    4 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. dehydrated, chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Quickly brown pork chops in a small amount of oil.
    Place in a casserole dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
