Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. diced onion
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Brown 'N Serve sausage, cooked and cut into 3 pieces
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) lima beans, drained (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 to 5 boiled potatoes, cut into bite size
Preparation

Cook onion in margarine.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk, stirring until bubbly.
Add sausage, corn, lima beans and potato.
Simmer until thickens.
