Crisp Roasted Duck With Plum Sauce(Total Time: 2 Hours) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ducks (about 5 1/2 lb. each)
    coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. dark soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    6 sprigs rosemary
    1 lb. plums, pitted
    1 jalapeno chili, seeded and minced
    3 Tbsp. fresh sugar (or more to taste)
    1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0.
    Simmer the ducks in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
    Remove and drain them.
    Combine the salt, pepper, garlic, soy sauce and honey in a small bowl.
