Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 medium potatoes, cubed
    2 cups chopped green chili
    1 (12-oz) can peeled tomatoes
    1 (12-oz) can corn
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 cups warm water
Preparation
    Partially brown ground beef.
    Add onions, chili and tomatoes. continue browning.
    Add flour.
    Stir in water, potatoes and corn. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
