Onion Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked onions, drained and chopped
    5 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix onions, 4 cups cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
