Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower
    4 to 6 medium carrots
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Longhorn)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil cauliflower and carrots for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix all ingredients well and put in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
