Layered Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped lettuce
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 large can green peas, drained or 1 pkg. frozen, blanched, drained and cooled
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. crumbled crisp bacon
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Layer vegetables
    starting
    with
    lettuce
    in casserole dish or salad bowl.
    Mix
    mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice and sugar together and pour over
    peas.
    Top with cheese and bacon bits.
