Veal In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal, cut for cutlets (boned, or chicken breast can be used)
    dash of paprika
    butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Brown veal in butter and place in casserole.
    Cover tightly. Add 3 tablespoons water to frypan which has been used to brown veal.
    Blend in flour; stir until smooth.
    Slowly add sour cream, stirring constantly.
    When thick, add seasonings and mushrooms which have been sauteed in butter.
    Pour over veal.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven that has been preheated.
