Chicken Rice Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    1 (14 1/2 to 16 oz.) can tomatoes (about 2 c.), drained
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth or water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. each: chopped onions and green sweet pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Place chicken in a shallow, buttered 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
