Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peaches, sliced
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Line a 7 x 11-inch pan with sliced peaches.
    Make a batter of the next 7 ingredients.
    Pour over the peaches and spread evenly. Mix 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water together and pour over the batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
