Fruit And Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
1/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c. diced, cooked chicken
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. curry powder (more if desired)
Preparation

Drain pineapple and oranges.
Reserve syrup.
Combine fruit, chicken and celery.
Into mayonnaise stir curry powder and a little of the reserved syrup.
Add to chicken mixture.
Toss lightly and refrigerate.
Just before serving add the chopped nuts.
