Apple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    3/4 c. flour
    2 cans sliced apples or pears (not pie filling)*
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, add cheese and flour. Place apples or pears in a 2 quart casserole dish. Spread batter over fruit. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until bubbly.
