Lyons Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground chuck or sirloin
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. warm water
    garlic powder
    seasoned salt
    1 onion, chopped
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put ground meat into large bowl.
    Add garlic powder, seasoned salt, bread crumbs, dry onion soup mix, egg and onion plus 1/2 cup warm water.
    Mix well.
    Mold into 8 to 10 patties.
    Broil
