Southern Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, boiled then chopped in large chunks
    2 large onions, chopped
    12 boiled eggs, chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, then chop and set to the side.
    Put onions and celery stalks in a pot and boil until tender with a small amount of water.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in large bowl and let set overnight in the refrigerator.
