Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. rice and vermicelli mix
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can drained bean sprouts
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
Preparation
    Prepare mix according to package directions.
    Beat eggs with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Stir in cooled rice mixture, bean sprouts
    and
    sliced
    onions.
    Drop
    by
    1/2
    cupfuls on greased griddle.
    Brown on each side.
