Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. unsifted flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3/4 c. cold margarine
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. ReaLemon juice from concentrate
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and confectioners sugar; cut into margarine until crumbly.
Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan; bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. In a large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, baking powder and ReaLemon juice; mix well.
Pour over crust.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
Cool.
Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator; serve at room temperature.
