Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
    1 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 large jar pimentos, chopped
    1 c. vinegar (enough to cover mixture)
    3/4 c. sugar (enough to cover mixture)
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix corn, onions and bell peppers.
    Add pimentos.
    Combine rest of ingredients and pour over corn mixture.
    Put in a large pan and bring to a boil.
    Simmer on low until onions and peppers are tender (about 30 minutes).
    Put in sterile jars and seal.
