Broiled Beef Pul Ko-Kee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    speck of pepper
    1 green onion
    1 clove garlic
    4 Tbsp. prepared sesame or sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    water
Preparation
    Cut the beef into thin slices 3-inch squares. Add sugar and oil.
    Mix
    well.
    Combine soy sauce, pepper, chopped onion (including\ttop),
    chopped\tgarlic, prepared sesame and flour. Add to the
    meat. Mix well.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Broil on a charcoal fire or
    fry
    in
    a small amount of oil until tender. If frying meat, cover tightly after it is well browned.
    Add a small amount
    of\twater
    and steam until meat is tender. Serve hot.
