Horseradish Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
3 oz. pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation

Sprinkle both packages of gelatin over boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix well. When salad begins to set, add pineapple and horseradish.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
Prepare the day before.
