Sausage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet sausage, cut into small pieces
    potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
    celery, cut not too fine
    onion, cut not too fine
Preparation
    The amount of each item depends on the number of people you hope to feed.
    I generally use more sausage and potatoes, less celery and onions (i.e., 1 cup sausage, 1 cup potatoes, 1/2 cup celery and 1/2 cup onions.
    Adjust to your own taste.)
