Gingered Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed
    1 c. coarsely chopped fresh pear
    1 c. (medium) coarsely chopped apple
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine first four ingredients.
    In a small jar, stir together remaining ingredients.
    Pour over fruits, tossing to blend.
    Cover and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.
    Yields 8 servings.
