Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. herb stuffing mix
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cut onions in quarters and slice very thin.
Set aside.
Melt 1/4 cup margarine or butter in saucepan and pour over stuffing. Mix thoroughly and line an 8-inch pie pan or 1-quart casserole dish with stuffing mixture.
