Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3/4 c. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. dry flour
Preparation

In small bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Melt butter over medium heat in skillet.
Add dry ingredients a little at a time, mixing all the time.
Add milk a little at a time and stir until smooth.
Add cheese a little at a time and keep stirring until smooth.
