Pineapple Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 loin pork chops
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. pineapple liquid
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
dash of pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown chops about 10 minutes on each side, then arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish.
Melt butter in skillet; add drained pineapple.
Stir over low heat until brown glaze in pan dissolved.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour pineapple mixture over chops and bake covered for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
Bake 30 minutes.
Add liquid from pineapple. Bake 15 minutes or until chops are very tender.
