Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 white potatoes, cooked in plain water (save water)
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. potato water
    1 c. oil in hot potato water
    1 heaping c. sugar
    2 level tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    9 or more c. flour
Preparation
    Stir first 4 ingredients and add sugar and salt; mix. Dissolve dry yeast in 1 cup warm potato water.
    Mix in.
    Cover and let rise 2 hours.
    Then add flour.
    Let rise 2 more hours. Punch down and make out rolls.
    Put on buttered baking pan or in buttered muffin tins.
    Let rise until doubled in size.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes or so.
    Butter tops.
