Crab Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 Tbsp. water
1 pkg. (about 8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. green, red and yellow pepper, finely chopped
2 cans crab meat (about 1 lb. fresh)
Preparation

Heat soup on low without adding any liquid to it.
In the meantime, prepare unflavored gelatin with the 3 tablespoons of water.
Remove hot soup from burner and add the gelatin, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Blend well and fold in the peppers, celery, onion and crab meat.
Oil the sides of a mold and pour the mixture into the mold.
Refrigerate overnight or until firm.
Unmold on plate and garnich as desired.
