Frankfurter Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 minced onion
    1/2 c. minced celery
    1 lb. franks, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. salad mustard
    1 can undiluted condensed bean and bacon soup
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix
    1/2 soup can water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In frypan, saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Stir in franks, mustard, soup and water. Prepare muffin mix as label directs.
    Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
