Holiday Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/4 c. orange flavored liqueur or 1 tsp. orange extract
    1 can chocolate frosting
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Melt chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in flavoring and chocolate frosting.
    Refrigerate until firm (1 to 2 hours).
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Mixture will be sticky.
    Roll balls in shredded coconut.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Ground nuts or cocoa may be used in place of coconut.
