Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 boneless pork chops
    1 onion (large), chopped
    flour
    oil
    bell pepper (large)
Preparation
    Cube your pork chops. Season with Tony's seasoning. Cook until almost done. Then put your onion in and saute. Put into bowl and make your gravy in juice and oil left from your meat. When the gravy is ready, put your meat and onion back in gravy and smother for about 30 minutes. Put over rice or potatoes. Serves 4 to 6.
