Chocolate Chip Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. water
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt in mixer bowl. Stir water, oil, vinegar and vanilla into dry ingredients until mixture is smooth.
    Fill paper-lined cupcake tins half full (about 1/4 cup).
    Put 1 teaspoon of filling into center of each cupcake. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Do not need to be frosted.
    Makes about 3 dozen cupcakes.
