Old Fashioned Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 boxes confectioners sugar

Preparation

In bowl mix potatoes, vanilla and confectioners sugar.
Mix until stiff.
If not stiff enough add more sugar until stiff.
Use a cutting board.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar on board.
Roll out.
Spread peanut butter on thin or thick.
Roll up and cut.
